Blend of fortified grape juice from Quebranta, Italia and Torontel pisco grape varietals. Each grape variety is pressed separately and fortified with Pisco distilled from the same grape before fermentation begins, preserving the grape’s natural sweetness and characteristics. It is then rested for two years in inert vessels, then blended together to become BarSol Perfecto Amor. Made from 100% Pisco grapes.
Aroma: sweet and rich, with caramel, sweet almonds, macadamia nuts, raisins, dry apricots and a touch of quince paste.
Taste: dry fruit, sweet notes, raisins, apricots, salted caramel, honey, roasted hazel nuts and sweet marzipan.
Finish: smooth, long fruity honeyed finish, well balanced and elegant.
Perfect to be consume straight on ice, or fortified with Pisco and dash of bitters with an orange twist, a "White Capitan".
