Comments

This is a contemporary adaptation of the classic Jungle Bird cocktail created in 1978 at The Aviary Bar at the Hilton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. We pay homage to the PISKU BIRD. Pisku is the Quechua word for bird. And it was interpreted by the Spanish conquistadors as PISCO. Pisco defines the geographical region that has become the Designation of Origin of the original and unique Peruvian Spirit – PISCO, produced in this area for over 450 years.

No wonder why the pre-columbian settlers in the area, the valley, the river, the port and the brandy made in this region till today, all are referred as PISCO, due to their designation of origin.
